The bathroom is tiny and sink is in the bedroom area. Don’t book the standard room for a family as with 2 adults and 2 kids you could not fit with luggage. The cost for eggs, bacon and toast was $20 so with drinks you are already over the $40 for 2 people. The staff in the restaurant could not get our orders right, there was lipstick on all the coffee cups and breakfast was barely edible. We booked the hotel with breakfast included and upon check in were given a $40 voucher to use in the restaurant for breakfast.

While the menu is somewhat limited, my choice of Chicken Tenders and fries was really good. Purple is the trendy, wildly popular, 15th floor restaurant, bar and nightclub. The bathroom was a generous size with patterned floor tile, roomy walk-in shower, rainfall showerhead and marble top vanities. Standard high-tech room appliances adorned the suite but the highlight of the decor was the large colorful graffiti wall mural.

The accommodations featured hardwood floors, sitting area, desk and large windows promoting sweeping views of the NYC skyline. I appreciated the chic style of my suite, considerably spacious for a Manhattan hotel. As a fun fact: the legendary Katz's Deli of 'When Harry Met Sally' fame, is only a 1/2 block away from the Indigo. galleries, museums and other cultural gems.and the Indigo itself is an amazing artsy hotel. The immediate area is privy to design boutiques. The location is ideal to reach Chinatown, Little Italy, East Village and the Financial District.
